Development Manager - Cooling Systems   Job: Specifications   -          A Certificate/Degree mechanical engineering -          Minimum 5 years experience in the design of aluminium braised heat exchanger elements -          Detailed experience in the use of the “Kuli Design Software” for heat exchanger design -          Detailed experience in design of “combi-cooler” packages, including mounting -          Detailed experience in cooler system integration with pumps, valves and electronic controls -          Minimum two years experience in air and fluid dynamics at a design level -          Experience in computer aided design -          Minimum two years experience in project management -          Ability to train others in the design and integration process of the abovementioned elements   Job: Description   -          To represent Hydac in the marketing and project application of all cooler products. -          To work towards technical, project and sales budgets both personal and company based. -          To assist in the development, design and project engineering for all Hydac systems activities with a priority focus on the cooling systems. -          To provide technical assistance to the client base as required. -          To liaise with engineering, purchasing and sales team members to achieve common goals. -          To help provide training to the client base, subordinates, plus junior members of staff. -          To cover your agreed area of activities with face to face customer representation (together with Hydac Branch office staff). Engineering Manager Job: Specifications Certificate or Diploma In Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years experience in Hydraulic Systems Design and Application Reports to:  The Managing Director Job: Description Senior position, controlling all design development and application engineering for hydraulic systems and system application engineering. Based in Melbourne (Australian HQ) and supporting activities of the sales team across the country. Project coordination from application scoping through to design and production. Directly controlling junior engineers and CAD designers. Liaising with sales and application engineers to fulfil customer specific requirements in application and circuit design. Must be completely competent in hydraulic circuit design and troubleshooting. Able to integrate and apply a wide range of components and to write and publish specifications, bills of materials, commissioning procedures and service & maintenance manuals. Notes: An excellent command of English both spoken and written is a must. Experience with Solidworks CAD is an advantage. NB: The successful candidate will be a proven team player and a mentor.
