These pumps are suitable for industrial applications where high reliability and low noise are required. They produce very low vibration, pulsation and guarantee a long life for your applications.

They are optionally coupled with reliable electrical motors and can be used in many kinds of hydraulic applications for cooling, fluid transferring and lubrication. The pumps can be equipped with an integrated pressure bypass as an option.

Our new Australian marketed range is now available from 8 LPM to 550 LPM and is suitable for viscosities from 4 up to 2,000 mm²/s.

The screw pumps of HYDAC are positive displacement rotary pumps with axial flow design. There are only three moving parts. The power rotor is the only driven part that extends outside the case. The idler screws actually act as sealing parts and are turned hydraulically by the fluid bieng pumped. There is only a rolling action between the drive screw and the idler ones. The rolling action eliminates noise and vibration.
