New version 1.20 of the toolkit FluMoT for fluid sensors available

The FluidMonitoring Toolkit, FluMoT for short, is now available in version 1.20 and replaces version 1.10.

This name stands for a driver package which is used for connecting HYDAC fluidsensors or the latest generation of HSI interface sensors to the customer's ownPC software.

FluMoT replaces all previous drivers for connecting ContaminationSensors and FluidControl Units (e.g. for Windows, LabVIEW).

FluMoS Light – FluidMonitoring Software [current version 1.20]

This is a software package for importing, displaying and processing data from HYDAC fluid sensors. FluMoS will be available in two variants (Light and Professional).

FluMoS Light is available as freeware and can be used in conjunction with the latest generation of HSI interface sensors (CS 1000, FCU 1000, FMM, FMMP, FMMHP, AS 1000, HYDACLab).

Extreme pressure shocks in pipes can be caused by changes in the flow of fluids. At higher operating pressures, such pressure shocks can sometimes occur on filters with EPT control during back-flushing. This is caused by cavitation due to the efficient closing of the back-flushing valve.

Electronic Clogging Indicator GW  (Download article)

The new electronic GW clogging indicator was developed specifically for use in low-pressure and lubricating systems. It measures the inlet pressure and the differential pressure by means of two sensors. This means that apart from the analog output for the differential pressure, an additional analog output is provided for the pressure upstream of the filter element. Particular customer benefit: Two sensor signals are integrated in one device. The GW indicator is available for pressure stages of 2, 3, and 5 bar. The permissible operating pressure was limited to 25 bar for the sake of the indication accuracy.

The FluidMonitoring Module FMM series combines the Condition Monitoring products ContaminationSensor CS 1000 and the AquaSensor AS 1000 or HYDACLab in one system.

It provides the user with a robust and stationary system for online measurement of solid particle contamination and moisture saturation(e.g. for detection of leakages) solid particle contamination and changes of viscosity and dielectricity (e.g. for measurement of long time wear / oil ageing) in hydraulic and lubrication fluids.
