Accumulator Stations
QHP can supply fully assembled accumulator stations which are ready for operation, complete with all necessary valve controls, ball valves and safety device.
- as an individual accumulator unit or
- in a back up bottle version with nitrogen bottles to increase the effective volume
As well as nitrogen stations in standard and special versions.
On request QHP can calculate the required accumulator volumes using a simulation programme taking the customers own operating data into account.
The modular constructrion of the accumulator station enables QHP to incorporate all customer requirements.

Coolers
In hydraulic systems, energy is transformed and transmitted. During this transformation and transmitting, losses occur, i.e. mechanical and hydraulic energy is converted into heat. It is the function of cooling systems to dissipate this heat.
HYDAC is a proven partner and supplier of a modular series of components and systems in cooling technology, specially designed for such functions.
Application-based engineering designs are developed and manufactured in product-orientated laboratories, testing and production facilities for applications in mobile and industrial machinery and systems.
QHP carry stock of a standard range of return line coolers, offline coolers, and plate heat exchangers.
- Return line coolers 415V-3PH-50HZ and 230V-1PH-50HZ (OKEL Series)
- Return line coolers with compact motor design 415V-3PH-50HZ and 230V-1PH-50HZ (OKELC Series)
- Return line coolers 12VDC and 24VDC (OKELD Series)
- Offline coolers 415V-3PH-50HZ and 230V-1PH-50HZ (Silent Series SC Type)
- Oil and water plate exchangers

Hydraulic Dampers
The pressure fluctations occuring in hydraulic systems can be periodical or one-off problems due to:
- Flow rate fluctations from displacement pumps
- Actuation of shut-off and control valves with short opening and closing times
- Switching pumps on and off
- Sudden linking of spaces with different pressure levels
QHP hydraulic dampers are particularly suitable for damping such pressure fluctations.
Selecting the most suitable hydraulic damper for each system ensure that.
- Vibrations caused by pipes, valves, couplings etc. Are minimised and resulting pipe and valve damage is prevented
- Measuring instruments are protected and their performance is no longer impaired
- The noise level in hydraulic systems is reduced
- The performance of machine tools is improved
- Interconnection of several pumps in one line is possible
- A pump rpm and feed pressure increase is possible
- The maintenance and servicing costs can be reduced
- The service life of a system is increased

Mounting Elements
QHP support brackets and clamps are used to mount all types of hydraulic accumulators safely and simply, irrespective of the mounting position.
Clamps, brackets and complete accumulator sets are available. The supports are designed for static use for dynamic stresses, specially designed clamps are available on request.

Charging and Testing Kits
QHP are able to provide a range of nitrogen charging equipment to charge accumulators with nitrogen or to check or to change the existing pre-charge pressure in accumulators.
For this purpose the charging and testing unit is screwed onto the gas valve of the hydraulic accumulator and connected to a commercial nitrogen bottle via a flexible charging hose. If the nitrogen pressure is only to be checked or reduced the charging hose does not need to be connected. The unit has a screw-type fitting with a built in gauge, check valve and a spindle for opening the accumulator gas valve to control the pressure.

Nitrogen Charging Units
Nitrogen charging units facilitate fast and cost effective filling or topping up of the required gas pre-charge pressure in bladder, piston and diaphragm accumulators.
They guarantee optimum use of commercially available nitrogen bottles up to a residual pressure of 20 bar and a maximum accumulator pressure of 350 bar.

Safety Valve Blocks
The QHP safety and shut-off block is used to shut off and discharge hydraulic accumulators or user units. It complies with the relevant safety standards in accordance with DIN EN 982 and the German industrial safety regulations, BetrSichV.
