Filter Elements

All RT-filter elements are developed in-house and combine an optimal filtration capacity with minimum flow resistance and maximum dirt holding capacity. With almost 1.000 different filter elements to choose from in a wide variety of filter materials, it´s easy to find the most economical solution for any application, from simple wire mesh elements to 5-ply high-tech glass-fibre elements or combined elements which save you installing a bypass filter unit in your system.

Technical Features:

  • Radially pleated, large-surface filter elements offer effective protection in a wide range of fluids besides hydraulic oil
  • Wire meshes with canvas, twill, braid and armoured braid weave
  • Glass-fibre elements with filter grades from 5µm
  • Elements with pre-filter mats guarantee a higher dirt retention capacity and longer lifetime
  • Combination elements ensure integrated bypass filtering

 

 

 

RT Glass fibre and RT Paper

Radially pleated paper or sinusoidally pleated glass-fibre element with round-hole perforated metal support. Used for low to medium flow rates in line filters and return filters. Optionally with integrated bypass function in element.

RT Glass fibre and RT Paper

Radially pleated paper or sinusoidally pleated glass-fibre element with round-perforated metal support. Used for low to medium flow rates in line filters and return filters. Suitable for filter designs with upper bypass valve.

Glass-fibre element Series B66

High-tech glass-fibre element for medium to large flow rates. Extremely high dirt retention capacity and long service life thanks to 5-ply structure. Selected materials, e.g. stainless steel, guarantee high mechanical stability. Version with integrated protective screen for bypass function.

RT Combination element

High-tech glass-fibre element for large flow rates in full-flow return filtration systems. Division of micro-filter fleeces into two different segments allows the integration of a bypass filter. Fleece structure is identical to that of the RT High C element.

Radially pleated wire mesh with square-perforated metal support. Used for high flow rates in line filters and return filters.
