Going with the flow
RT line filters are filter systems which are specially adapted to specific applications. Operating parameters such as pressure, flow rate, filter grade and shape guarantee reliable operation and optimal quality. The flow direction from the inside outwards make the filters easy to service and environment-friendly, and also allows the use of high-performance magnetic pre-filtration.
All Advantages in brief:
- Can be used in hydraulic systems as a full-flow filter, component protector or safety micro-filter
- Individual designs possible
- Suitable for volumetric flows up to 800 l/min
- Modules for pressure stages up to 25, 120, 250 and 450 bar, special designs up to 1200 bar
- Keeps hydraulic fluids clean with individually adjustable filter grades from 3 µm
- Prolongs the lifetime of hydraulic components
- Allows quick changing of filter elements without recontamination
- Security thanks to optical and/or electric contamination indicator
- Bypass valve optionally available for all types
The filter is working with a temperature from -30 to 100ºC and can be fitted with a optional contamination indicator.
