The Mini Final Polishing Unit (FPM) offers the same high performance filtration and advantages as other full size models but at a fraction of the price. This system can be used for all ranges of BioDiesel and Diesel Fuels, is portable and highly effective at removing solid contaminatnts and moisture to meet ASTM or EN specifications. An easy plug-and-play operation allows for filtration anywhere and anytime.

These polishing units are developed with user-friendly technology that allows the producer to control product quality with on-board intelligence for safety and usability. By adding one of our quality control options, batch data can be easily archived to assist your quality initiatives. Ordered with blank ports for this option, these units are easily upgraded to include our SMART Kit (link to quality control page) as you expand your quality program. The compact footprint design is easy to integrate into existing plants at a low initial investment cost and low running costs.

These units are estimated to polish up to 6,000,000 gallons per year.

The Schroeder Mobile Filtration System is a compact, self contained filtration system equipped with high efficiency, high capacity elements capable of removing particulate contamination and/or water quickly, conveniently and economically. It is perfect for cleaning up existing systems as well as prefiltering and transferring fluids.

The Schroeder depth filter cartridges and housings are a reliable, versatile and low cost solution to numerous filtration needs. These graded density elements, made from 100% pure polypropylene fibers, offer a high dirt holding capacity. By trapping the larger sized particles on the outside of the element while the smaller particles are trapped closer to the element’s core, these elements can filter as fine as 1µ while still maintaining a low pressure drop. This product line offers various sizes and styles of housings to fit a wide variety of application.

Schroeder considers maximum fluid viscosity, (at the minimum operating temperature) in conjunction with flow to properly size the pump and motor.

Standard X Series skids include a hydraulic pump, electric motor, and either a single or dual K9 or QF15 housing.

Many different component combinations provide the flexibility to match specific system viscosity, flow, and cleanliness requirements, making the X Series Skids perfect for high flow operations.
