The H2GO® operates according to the principle of vacuum dewatering to separate dissolved water as well as dissolved gasses from hydraulic and lubrication fluids.

The H2GO® has an AquaSensor AS1000 to continuously monitor the water content and to control the unit. To increase the dewatering capacity a 3 stage heating system is employed, allowing use with higher viscosity fluids and cold fluids. The programmable logic controller PLC used in combination with a touch screen control panel guarantees simple and reliable handling.

Combining High-Efficiency Filtration for Total Purification

When used in combination with the HYDAC offline filtration systems, fluids that also have particulate contamination can be cleaned. Fluids that have a build-up of degradation products like Varnish (high MPC) can be treated in parallel with the Varnish Elimination Unit (VEU-AU).

By using specialised control and treatment solutions from HYDAC total oil conditioning is fast and efficient. The H2GO® forms an integral part of this program.
