HYDAC’s ENS 3000 with IO-Link Interface

The ENS 3000 with IO-Link communication interface is an electronic level switch that features an incorporated display function. This tool comes with 1, 2 or 4 switching outputs and an additional analogue output signal, plus an optional temperature sensor if one is required. The ENS 3000 can be used to control both oil and water; the user uses a menu to select which of these applications they need.

In addition to the ENS 3000’s standard minimum and maximum switching signals and 4 switching output, the user can set up additional warning signals to stop any issues from occurring, such as tank overflow or air suctioning by the pump.

Additional Functions

  • The switching mode of the switching outputs can be adjusted to a switch point function or window function
  • The switching direction of the switching outputs are adjustable to be used for its N/C or N/O function
  • The switching outputs can be designated to the required temperature or fluid level
  • The switch-on and switch-off delay can be adjusted to anywhere between 0.00 to 99.99 seconds
  • The analogue output can be set to a designated fluid level or temperature as required (this function is only available with certain models)
