Delivery Policy

HYDAC is committed to ensuring that your order is delivered promptly and efficiently. Our delivery policy is designed to cater to the needs of both account holders and non-account holders, with tailored processes to ensure swift and secure shipping. Below are the details for each customer category.


Customers with My HYDAC Account

Customers with My HYDAC account, such as distributors and service partners, must provide their nominated freight company and account number during the online checkout process.

Orders placed at the My HYDAC portal  will be picked and packed (if item is in stock) as quickly as possible, generally within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed outside of My HYDAC portal will be picked and packed generally between 48 to 72 hours.

The delivery times, processes, and insurance for products lost or damaged during transit depend on the customer-nominated carrier (customer bares all risks). Special packaging cannot be requested through the online portal (contact HYDAC customer service). HYDAC Standard packaging has proven track records and complies with government regulations. Responsibility for damaged caused by a carrier cannot be passed onto HYDAC Pty Ltd.

Note that for "air-bag" freight option, the nominal delivery standards is between 2 to 5 days depending on location and capacity limitations. 


Customers Without an Account

For customers without an account, HYDAC will utilise its preferred freight company to deliver your items. The estimated delivery time is between 1 to 3 business days if items are dispatched from a warehouse in your state. Otherwise, delivery may take approximately 2 to 5 business days. Shipping includes full insurance for products lost or damaged during transit. Any damaged goods must be immediately (on receipt) reported to HYDAC Pty Ltd, failure to do so voids any compensation from HYDAC Pty Ltd. HYDAC preserves the right to provide a replacement item (refer return policy).

Once your online transaction order is approved, we will promptly send you a confirmation email. Additionally, you will receive a second email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. We can deliver to your nominated address.

To ensure delivery, there must be someone available to receive the goods between 9 am and 5 pm. Repeated delivery attempts may encounter additional charges.
