Delivery Policy

HYDAC aims to get your order to you as soon as possible. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order if you place an order during the weekend or holiday; expect your order to be shipped on the following business day.

Customers that have an account with us (eg. distributors and service partners) will give us, during the checkout process, their nominated freight company and account number; the delivering times, processes and the insurance for products that are lost or damaged during transit relies on this company.

For customers that don’t have an account with us, we will use our preferred freight company to deliver your items. The approximate delivery time is between 1 to 3 business days, if items are despatched from the warehouse located in your State, otherwise the delivery can take approximately 2 to 5 business days. Shipping includes full insurance for products that are lost or damaged during transit.

We will send you a confirmation email, as soon as the transaction order is approved; and a second email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. We can deliver to your nominated address.

To guarantee delivery, there must be someone to receive the goods between 9am – 5pm.
